Honey Dressing 12 from Antica Balsameria Emilian is artisanal aged honey balsamic vinegar, with a fruity aroma and delicate flavor. Also used as a digestive, the natural bacterium in honey aids gastronomic processes. The honey is a raw material of a very high biological value, up until today the types of natural sugars discovered are 25. Worked in its pure form, acidified, refined and aged in prized oak barrels with the Solera method, resulting in a fruity aroma, delicate, without the use of preservatives or additives, it therefore maintains all the properties that tradition and science bestow to it. It is not pasteurized as the presence of live bacteria is a fundamental factor given that Acetobacter are up to 90-percent identical to the bacteria present in the intestine.
