Do fenugreek seeds and fennel tea really work in helping breast milk come in?
My husband is already dog tired so I don't want to send him out on a wild goose chase unless I am sure this will work.
Does fennel tea really help with milk production?
If not, what does?
Traditional Medicinals (you can find this on tea aisle at walmart, usually bottom shelf) makes a great Mother's Milk Tea. The thing is when using herbs for milk supply you must drink three cups minimum a day for at least three days. when I need a boost I usually drink up tp 6 cups a day for 5 days. I usually make a pitcher of strong iced tea with it. Fenugreek capsules could be found at a health food store but then you have to remember to take that pill 4 times a day at spaced intervals. Another option you have is to take drops of tincture, this is the option I personally like best. Mother's Lactation Tonic taken 30 drops 3 times a day. I hope I helped Good luck.
