is thare any real scince saying it works. and is it posibel to say in 3 mons your hip and jonts fellt 50% better .
and is it worth all the eatra money you pay for it. or is it no better then go to the drug store and pay 70% less .for a devernt brand vitamin HELP !!!!
Usana procosa 2 has a 500mg dose of GLUCOSAMINE and 125 mg of TURMERIC EXTRACT, which is a pain killer, and suggests 4 tablets per day.
So, if you take the same amount of the drug store version of GLUCOSAMINE and buy another bottle of TURMERIC EXTRACT and take 1000 mg of the one and 500 of the other in any number of pills, you will get the same benefit.
So, go with the drug store brand or check the Internet but be sure it is GMP certified, if you go to the Internet. If its a major drug store chain, they should be reliable.
